The 2020 Training Events are now posted and registrations are open.  Our goal is to provide practical and affordable quality training courses. The training courses are designed to have a good student to instructor ratio, so we could provide a bit of personalized training to each student. MN 3Gun Group Instructors are veteran law enforcement officers serving as Firearms Instructors and veteran 3-Gunners bringing with them years of experience from shooting major matches throughout the United States.

The 3-Gun Intro Course will be held on April 11, 2020. This is a ½-day course designed around introductory skills of 3-Gun. The course will be held in 2 sessions: AM Session runs from 7AM to noon; PM Session runs noon to 5PM. Each session will be limited to 36 shooters.

The Handgun Skills Development Course was popular to not just the 3-Gunners, but also to the USPSA, IDPA, Law Enforcement, and CCW shooters. This is a 1-day course will be held on May 2, 2020, and is designed around improving handgun marksmanship and handling skills.

The popular trauma care course we offered has been upgraded to become a 2-part Range Incident Response Course that will be held on February 23, 2020. The medical training will be instructed by Paramedic Ryan Kelly.

Part 1: Trauma Care & Response Course: This 3-hour course will teach students to create an action plan that includes pre-incident planning, response and duties during the emergency, and post incident response. Students will then be instructed in the treatment of a major trauma or gunshot wound as well as training in the use of trauma care kits. Students will also learn what medical gear they should have or have access to. The course will have practical hands-on exercises and also scenario exercises.

Part 2: AHA Heartsaver® CPR AED Training & Certification Course: This 3-hour course trains participants to give CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. This course is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. This course can also serve as a Re-Certification Course for those currently certified in AHA Heartsaver® CPR AED.

We have not scheduled the Rifle & Shotgun Skills Development Course.  Those interested in taking the course should email MN3GunGroup@gmail.com.
